Stefano Parisi, entrepreneur, oenologist, agricultural expert specialized in viticulture and oenology and agricultural technician specialized in vineyard nursery,

he has been a consultant to over 107 prestigious production companies, allowing them to become winners on the international market and to make important profits.

He was a pupil of the famous Winemaker, late Giacomo Tachis, father of modern Italian oenology, and has collaborated with the famous Winemaker Giulio Gambelli, the most authoritative “sangiovesista” of the twentieth century.

Author of the first book ever published on determining the ideal harvest period "QUALITY DESTINATION".

Stefano created the Methods F.H.D. (rapid sensory analysis of the berries) and D.S.H. (sequential differentiated harvest). Methods entirely dedicated to the harvest phase of the great Cru.

My Mission

My Mission is to give the client a consultancy of high technical and human value, through my direct (vis-à-vis) collaboration with the production company.
